About Relevé

Care that treats the cause, not just the ache

We built Relevé around a simple idea: pain is a signal, not a diagnosis. Every plan starts with a full postural and movement assessment, so the adjustment you receive is the one your body actually asked for.

Our clinicians blend manual chiropractic technique with rehabilitative movement and soft tissue work — the combination that keeps results holding long after you leave the table.

  • 60-minute first visit with a full biomechanical assessment
  • Written care plan with clear milestones — no open-ended packages
  • In-house rehab so adjustments are reinforced by strength work
  • Direct billing to most major insurers

How it works

Four steps from first call to lasting relief

  1. 01

    Assess

A 60-minute intake covering history, posture screening, range of motion and orthopaedic testing.

  2. 02

    Explain

We walk you through exactly what we found and why it is happening — in plain language, with your scans on screen.

  3. 03

    Treat

Adjustment, soft tissue and rehab combined into sessions that build on each other week over week.

  4. 04

    Sustain

A home programme and periodic reviews so the gains you paid for stay with you long term.

Results people felt worth writing about

★★★★★
Eighteen months of lower back pain and three clinics before this one. Relevé was the first place that assessed me properly before touching anything. Six weeks in I was back to deadlifting.

I came in with desk neck and left with an actual explanation. The home programme takes ten minutes and it is the only thing that has ever kept the headaches away.

★★★★★
Third trimester and barely sleeping. Dr. Adeyemi adjusted her technique completely to what I could tolerate. I wish I had come in months earlier.

FAQ

Questions we get asked most

Still unsure about something? Call us — we would rather answer it before you book.

Do I need a referral to be seen?

No. Chiropractors are primary contact practitioners, so you can book directly. If your insurer requires a referral for reimbursement we will tell you before your first visit.

Does an adjustment hurt?

It should not. You may feel pressure and hear a release of joint gas — the audible pop — but the adjustment itself is quick and low-force. We adapt technique for anyone who prefers no cavitation at all.

How many visits will I need?

Most plans run six to eight visits over about six weeks, then taper. You get the number in writing after your assessment, and we review it at visit four rather than quietly extending it.

Do you take insurance?

We bill directly to most major insurers and accept HSA and FSA cards. Bring your policy details to the first visit and reception will verify coverage while you are assessed.

What should I wear?

Something you can move in — athletic wear is ideal. Part of the assessment involves watching you squat, hinge and rotate, so avoid restrictive clothing.
